Marc Toussaint brings his smooth and captivating vocals back to the Sammons Center for a night of class. With musical inspirations such as Frank Sinatra, Sarah Vaughan, and Mel Tormé, this concert promises to transport you to a time when swing was king with a tribute to the late, great Bill Evans.
Sammons Jazz Artistic Director and Steinway Artist Arlington Jones plays classical music, followed by his arrangements of the same compositions. Arlington fills the second half with music from some of his friends and influences who are no longer with us, including keyboardists Bernard Wright and George Duke.
