Voices of Women 8: Spiritual Sojourns
The Women’s Chorus of Dallas presents Voices of Women 8: Spiritual Sojourns, an event you don’t want to miss. Join the chorus at Moody Performance Hall where Artistic Director Melinda Imthurn and guest artist, celebrated choral composer Dr. Rosephanye Powell, will lead a concert of music composed and arranged by women.

Harlem Quartet
Harlem Quartet advances diversity in classical music while engaging new audiences with varied repertoire that includes works by minority composers. Their mission to share their passion with a wider audience has taken them around the world; from a 2009 performance at The White House for President Obama and First Lady, Michelle Obama, to a highly successful tour of South Africa in 2012, and numerous venues in between. The musically versatile ensemble has performed with such distinguished artists as Itzhak Perlman, Ida Kavafian, Carter Brey, Fred Sherry, Misha Dichter, Jeremy Denk, and Paquito D’Rivera. The quartet also collaborated with jazz masters Chick Corea and Gary Burton on the album Hot House, a 2013 multi-Grammy Award winning release.
Avant Chamber Ballet’s Spring Celebration
Avant Chamber Ballet presents Spring Celebration, a free performance with live music on March 26th 3-4pm. The show is family-friendly and welcomes all ages!
Synergy: Dallas Music in Motion
Synergy: Dallas Music In Motion celebrates the vibrant popular music scene of Dallas with three new choreographic works created in collaboration with Dallas-based musicians, presented at the Moody Performance Hall. Live performance collaborations span the genres of Jazz/Fusion, Alternative Electronic, and Americana Singer/Songwriter. Presented at the Moody Performance Hall, you do not want to miss this collaborative production that showcases the combined creativity, energy, and passion of Dallas’s performing artists.

6th Hallam Family Concert – “Looking Up”
Different natural worlds, including perspectives from bottom of the sea and the intricacies of a garden, form a musical lens of works for flute, viola and harp by Miguel del Águila, Arnold Bax, and Sofia Gubaidulina.

To finish Avant Chamber Ballet’s season, the company presents an exciting evening of world premieres and commissions with live music! The program features new works by female-identifying choreographers who are under-represented voices in the creation process in the world of dance.
