Join us for an evening devoted to gender expression, in the warm + welcoming Arts Mission Sanctuary.

This container will be curated specifically for women/non-binary/gender non-conforming people to deepen + explore the ecstatic dance experience in a safe-space.

What is ecstatic dance ?

Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover your own intuitive movement and meet your body’s natural wisdom. We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.
