Sunday Ecstatic Dance :: A weekly soulful gathering of intention in motion, hosted in the beautiful Owenwood farm sanctuary space.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover your own intuitive movement and meet your body’s natural wisdom.
We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.

We have a open rental in this space, so we won’t ever have to rush out. Envision sunset picnics in the garden, potlucks, and other additions to our experience on Sunday evenings. This will be a Sunday destination space for us all.
