Sunday Ecstatic Dance :: A weekly soulful gathering of intention in motion, hosted in the light-filled Anita Martinez Center.
What is ecstatic dance ?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover your own intuitive movement and meet your body’s natural wisdom. We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.
