A voice that can shake the rafters—and stir the soul. Operatic bass-baritone Keron Jackson commands the stage with his stunning vocal power and magnetic presence. From opera and gospel to musical theatre and spirituals, his performances defy genre while drawing from a powerful personal story of resilience and redemption. Known for roles in Show Boat, Porgy and Bess, and Moby Dick, Jackson’s artistry is matched only by his mission to inspire through music.
The concert begins at 7:30 p.m.; doors to Kurth Hall (fourth floor) open at 7:00 p.m. A pre-concert reception opens at 6:00 p.m. on the Mary Anne Sammons Cree Mezzanine (second floor). Check-in opens at 6:00 p.m. on the fourth floor.
