DESCRIPTION:Join Junior Players for our 2024 Future Filmmakers Festival featuring the work from 4 different North Texas Schools! Students from these schools have worked with local professionals to combine writing informative narratives with filming and editing. Through this program these young artists have created cohesive narratives exploring visions of peace and detailing the challenges and champions they see in their communities. \nThis film festival includes a 1-hour screening of film projects followed by a 30 minute Q&A with our participants. \nFill out the RSVP form to join us at the Texas Theatre for a live screening of their hard work! DESCRIPTION:Welcome to our 2024 Future Stars Gala: Regency Reinvented. \nWe invite you to join us as we step into a world of elegance and enchantment and raise much needed funds for the Lawrences\, Keats\, and Austins of tomorrow. This unique immersive party will feature drinks\, music\, dancing\, and many unique ways to participate in raising funds to support Junior Players’ free arts education programs\, which serve over 15\,000 children and teenagers annually\, the majority of whom (85%) are low-to-moderate income. Dressing to theme is welcome and encouraged! \nThis year’s gala will take place on Saturday\, March 2\, 2024 at 6:00 pm CST at On The Levee\, 1108 Quaker St\, Dallas\, TX 75207. \nBack by popular demand will be our Wine Pull\, Jewelry Pull\, Best of North Texas Gift Card Pull\, and Silent Auction\, featuring a variety of items from Dallas Mavericks tickets\, a trip to Napa Valley\, Scavenger Hunts by Let’s Roam\, arts experiences (like a full year membership to the Arlington Museum of Art!)\, dinner at Al Biernat’s and Dakota’s Steakhouse\, and much much more!
