Participants will craft and practice their impact speeches and leave with a practical format that has unlimited applications. \nIn addition\, this workshop: \n\nPresents the benefits of logic models and the case for support as well as how to create them\nDemonstrates constituency mapping\, a tool for understanding different like-minded groups in an organization’s universe\nExplores the steps in creating an annual fundraising plan\n\nAs a result\, participants will leave this session knowing how to create compelling messages and execute an effective fundraising plan that will motivate prospects and donors to action. \n\nMeet Carole V. Rylander\, CFRE: \nCarole inspires and engages nonprofit leadership to maximize mission impact by strengthening fund development\, governance\, and planning practices. \nShe has expertise in feasibility studies\, capital campaigns\, major gift campaigns\, case for support development and development audits. Carole has in-depth experience with governance best practices and assists with enhancing board culture\, recruitment\, engagement\, and meeting practices as well as committee structures. \nA trained facilitator\, she customizes strategic and fund development planning processes to meet each organization’s unique needs.
